Good morning,my brother,as following ,my customer taken two pictures of his 200 ton per hour quarry worksite.reference

The first stage is a PE750X1060 jaw crusher crusher,with capacity 200 ton per hour, feeding size reach 630mm, almost could crush all size nature rocks,but also with powerful motor 110kw,after the jaw crusher ,there is a transit hopper,for reduce the pressure of the second crusher , protecting the cone crusher meanwhile, the second Simons Cone crusher PSGB1325 as the second crusher for dealing with the jaw crusher output ,it will crush the material into smaller size for the final machine vibrating screen supporting,then the vibrating screen will separate the aggregate into three sizes,0-5mm,5-10mm,10-20mm, the closed circuit will process the end products constantly by the crushing plant.
