1.    Lubrication of vibrating feeder for granite: the bearing of vibrating feeder for granite’s vibration exciter adopts grease lubrication. The No.3 lithium base grease is injected by the oil cup. It is needed to inject grease about 1/3～1/2 of the cavity volume of every bearing, and also ensure that the grease volume of every bearing shall be same. Then, supply grease twice a week. After its working hours is added up to 400 hours, open the hex head plug at the bottom of the vibration exciter, release the greasy dirt in the pipe.
2.    Inspection of vibrating feeder for granite: Check the frame structure or the weld joint, to see whether there is flaw or not. If there is flow on the beam or side plate, drill a Φ5mm hole and make a groove, then do a heat repair welding.
